The website question checklist
Twelve questions customers may ask a local service business before they call. For each one, write down the page on your website that answers it. A question with no page is one customers have to call or email about, or take somewhere else.

What to do with the blanks
- Add the answer to the page where a customer would look for it, in plain words.
- If you don’t publish prices, say how you price the job and what the first visit costs, if anything.
- Keep it current: an old answer is worse than none.
